The aim of this study is to analyze some thesis conducted in Turkey on electricity issues related to science education, and to present these studies in an integrity. Document analysis method was used in the study. Between the years 2005-2019, 128 thesis studies on electricity in science education were analyzed in terms of various variables (type and year of the thesis, in which university, research subject, research method, basic results, recommendations). As a result of the analysis, it was seen that most of the studies were master's thesis, the highest number of publications was made in 2019, and the studies investigating the effect of teaching on academic achievement and attitude are the majority. While the t-test was used frequently in the analysis of quantitative data, descriptive and content analysis were used in the analysis of qualitative data. In the experimental studies, it was determined that teaching in the experimental groups had positive effect on some variables and some others were not. In parallel with the findings, some suggestions were made for teachers, MoNE, academicians and researchers, and suggestions were made especially for researchers and MoNE. Based on the results of the studies, some suggestions have been made for future research on electricity.
