Abstract:Orthodontic relapse and the demand for improved esthetics often necessitate retreatment in adult patients. This case report highlights the successful management of an adult female patient with bimaxillary protrusion, previously treated with a non-extraction approach. Treatment included lingual passive self-ligating appliances, premolar extractions, and mini-screws to reinforce anchorage.
