Orthodontic Therapeutic Biomarkers in Saliva and Gingival Crevicular Fluid

Abstract: Several biologically active substances representing the bone deposition and resorption processes are released following damage to periodontal tissue during orthodontic movement. Biomarkers are by definition objective, quantifiable characteristics of biological processes.
