Using waste glass instead of quartz sand as silicon raw material preparation of autoclaved aerated concrete, research under different glass powder autoclaved aerated concrete performance evolution law, by scanning electron microscope analysis of glass, using orthogonal test of glass autoclaved aerated concrete ratio optimization design, analysis of glass powder, quartz sand dosage, cement dosage, gypsum dosage, water ratio of autoclaved aerated concrete performance. The results show that with the increase of the substitution rate of glass powder, the dry density of autoclaved aerated concrete is increasing, and the compressive strength can improve the crystallinity of the compounds in the autoclaved aerated concrete. When the substitution rate of glass powder is 60%, the compressive strength of the autoclaved aerated concrete is maximum, and the optimal mix ratio of the autoclaved aerated concrete meets the requirements of specification A5.0 B07 strength grade.
