Orthogonal Proteomics Methods to Unravel the HOTAIR Interactome

Abstract: Accumulating evidence highlights the role of long non-coding RNAs (lncRNA) in cellular homeostasis, and their dysregulation in disease settings. Most lncRNAs function by interacting with proteins or protein complexes.
