Osseous bilateral pseudotumour of the thumb in severe haemophilia A – A case report

Abstract: Pseudotumour is a rare complication of haemophilia, categorised as osseous or non-osseous (soft tissue) lesions based on anatomic location. The bones most frequently involved are the larger ones; pseudotumours of small bones are rare.
