Ossification of the pseudarthrosis following the Sauvé-Kapandji procedure: a case report and review of the literature

Abstract: We report a case of new onset pain and loss of forearm rotation 3 years after Sauvé-Kapandji (SK) procedure. A revision ulnar osteotomy with application of bone wax restored ROM through 17 months follow-up. A literature review of pseudarthrosis ossification after SK procedure was also performed.
