Abstract:Case:
A 20-year-old woman presented with a unipolar, 1.8 × 1.8-cm osteochondral defect of the left acetabulum. Osteochondral allograft transplantation was performed using a medial tibial plateau allograft resulting in excellent clinical outcomes across 4 different outcome scores and maintenance of the joint space at 4.3 years postoperatively.
