OTA Platforms Online Travel in the Post-Epidemic Era - Case Study of Trip.com Group

Abstract: In order to study the countermeasures of online travel OTA under the epidemic situation, taking Ctrip as the research object, this paper analyzes explicitly its corporate strategy and business strategy and puts forward suggestions and prospects for the future development of Ctrip.
