Otologic Manifestations of Malignant Osteopetrosis

Abstract: Otologic manifestations are common in malignant osteopetrosis secondary to the formation of dense, brittle bone. Frequent findings include external auditory canal stenosis, otitis media, conductive and sensorineural hearing loss, and facial nerve paralysis.
