“…From a technological perspective, OTT refers to distribution services running in the application layer of the Internet, through, for instance, the World Wide Web. The concept is often used in relation to audiovisual streaming and video-on-demand (Kokaram et al, 2015), and sometimes includes Internet-based voice and message services (Danish Business Authority, 2017).
