Out of Harm's Way: Enhancing Monitoring and Dismissal Processes in Counselor Education Programs

Abstract: This article addresses student counselor impairment related to the potential for harm to clients. Concrete suggestions are given for enhancing monitoring and dismissal processes in counselor training programs.
