Out of the box - Traumatic autoenucleation

Abstract: A 53-year-old gentleman, presented with an alleged history of seizures at home during which he suffered trauma to his left eye leading to prolapse of the globe. This globe luxation was associated with lid lacerations and active bleeding from the orbit. The lacerations were repaired, the globe was enucleated, and eventually, a prosthesis was fit for cosmesis.
