Abstract:Background: Subtrochanteric femoral fractures are challenging for surgeons, as it has strong collapsing forces at fracture site.The management of sub-trochanteric fractures, especially nonunion is challenging.Proximal Femoral Nail can be helpful in achieving high success rate.
