Abstract: Objective: Cardiopulmonary bypass circuit (CPB) is a technique used in conventional coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) that cause many adverse effects including renal dysfunction. Ultrafiltration (UF) removes excess fluid and inflammatory mediators that result from the exposure to the CPB.
