Outcome of Ultrasonography-Guided Foam Sclerotherapy Versus Stab Avulsion Ambulatory Phlebectomy in the Treatment of Varicosis in Small Veins of the Leg: A Single Blinded Randomized Clinical Trial

Abstract: Background: In the intervening years, a few randomized clinical trials have confirmed that foam sclerotherapy is effective in managing great vein incompetence. However, no details have been published in its efficacy in comparison with conventional methods such as stab avulsion in the treatment of varicosis in small veins.
