Abstract: Purpose The purpose of this integrative review is to examine the existing literature comparing short‐ and long‐term outcomes of both coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) and percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in patients with unprotected left main coronary artery (ULMCA) stenosis.
