Outcomes of microcatheter-assisted trabeculotomy in adult patients with primary congenital glaucoma and juvenile open-angle glaucoma: A case series

Abstract: Trabeculotomy is conventionally performed using a rigid probe, allowing for 180° trabeculotomy. More recently, microcatheter-assisted 360° trabeculotomy (MCAT) has shown safe and effective results in pediatric glaucoma cases, particularly in primary congenital glaucoma (PCG) and to a lesser extent in juvenile open-angle glaucoma (JOAG).
