[2][3][4][5] Instead, we believe the most relevant question to be asked is whether patients with poor performance status derive clinical benefit from an ICI. Unfortunately, with a lack of randomized placebo-controlled prospective clinical trials that include patients with an ECOG PS of 2 or higher, this question is difficult to answer.…”
