Outdoor thermal environment of a traditional settlement with a group of wooden storehouses in summer daytime at Tsushima Island, Japan

Abstract: Traditional settlements have been formed by adapting to local climate and natural features. This study aims to clarify the climatic characteristics of a settlement with a group of wooden storehouses in summer daytime from the viewpoint of environmental design. Waniura settlement in Tsushima Island, Japan was selected as the observation site of this study.
