Ovarian Borderline Tumor and Fertility-Sparing Surgery

Abstract: Background: Ovarian borderline tumors (OBTs) are frequently diagnosed in women of reproductive age. There is no consensus about their management, and it sometimes represents a dilemma about what should be done: fertilitysparing surgery or a hysterectomy with salpingo-oophorectomy?
