Abstract:We report an unusual presentation of ovarian carcinoma, metastasizing to gall bladder. A 45 years old female, presented with diffuse abdominal pain and mass in the lower abdomen. On ultrasonography, she was found to have ovarian carcinoma with multiple tiny calculi in the gall bladder and thick irregular gall bladder walls. Laparotomy was done with oophrectomy and cholecystectomy.
