Abstract: This study was designed to investigate ovarian gene transcriptional responses to selected antidepressant drugs (imipramine and fluoxetine) in female rats. Fifteen female rats (120 – 140 g) were used for this study. Imipramine (0.71 mg/kg) and fluoxetine (0.57 mg/kg) were given orally for 50 days.
