Purpose: This paper explored the role of innovation and creativity in hospitality management. The purpose was to examine how innovation and creativity can enhance customer experiences, operational efficiency, and financial performance in the hospitality industry. The objectives were to define innovation and creativity, identify different forms of innovation, discuss the drivers and barriers to innovation and creativity, examine the role of technology in enabling innovation and creativity, explore strategies for fostering innovation and creativity, and highlight potential future trends and challenges.
