“…165, 915, and 364 unique microRNAs were predicted to have putative binding sites at 3′UTRs of DHX36 , OPA1 , and SENP2 , respectively (Supplementary Table 2). Venn diagram showed that DHX36 , OPA1 , and SENP2 shared 16 microRNAs as predicted by online tools, which includes miR‐33a, 30 miR‐205, 31 miR‐125, 32 miR‐150, 33 and miR‐136 34 that were characterized as tumor suppressors in HNSC as well as other cancers (Figure 6A,B, Supplementary Figure 3A).
