Study on motorcycle fatigue test with electrohydraulic servo system

Aim at electro-hydraulic servo system of the motorcycle fatigue test rig, a new fatigue simulative time domain control technique was putting forward by analyzing the basic principle and the structure characteristic of the motorcycle fatigue test rig. A multilevel hierarchical fuzzy controller is designed to control the test rig to track the anticipant input signals and come true the real time control of the electrohydraulic servo system. Many kinds of motorcycle's vibrant experiments have been carried out in the test rig. The experimental results show that the test rig can satisfy the motorcycle's reliability experiments. A new technique to motorcycle's fatigue experiment was finished.
