Abstract: Background & Objective: Pulmonary tuberculosis is a contagious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis bacteria that can attack various organs, especially the lungs. Tuberculosis patients are treated with anti-tuberculosis drugs such as rifampicin and streptomycin, which can potentially cause kidney function impairment.
