Abstract: Aim: to demonstrate an artificial intelligence model that optimises the differential diagnosis of achalasia.Material and methods. The study included 75 patients: 52 % men (mean age 44.5 ± 17.8 years) and 48 % women (mean age 45.6 ± 16.6 years,) with a preliminary diagnosis of achalasia.
