Ownership Structure, Board Characteristics and Firm Performance: Evidence from Bangladesh

Abstract: Using a panel of listed manufacturing companies in Bangladesh, this paper intends to empirically assess the relationship between firm-level governance mechanisms and firm performance using an integrated theoretical framework.
