Oxidative stress and anti-oxidants in pre and post operative cases of breast carcinoma

Abstract: Amaç: Meme kanserli hastaların serumlarında oksidatif stresin varlığını ve meme kanserine etkilerini araştırmaktır. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Bu çalışmaya 50 gönüllü kontrol, 50 meme kanseri hastası ve 50 ameliyat sonrası meme kanseri hastası dahil edildi. Bu hastalar, klinik ve histopatolojik olarak evre 0 meme kanseri teşhisi olan ve tedavi almamış hastalardır.
