Oxygen-Vacancy-Related Electrical Properties of 2CaTiO3–SiO2Glass

Abstract: We investigated the electrical properties of 2CaTiO 3 -SiO 2 glass in the frequency range of 100 Hz f 15 MHz, and from room temperature to 600 .anomalous, large dielectric response was found and it drastically decreased with increasing heat treatment cycles in air, indicating that anomalous dielectric response was related to oxygen vacancy.
