The review is compiled based on the results of the operation of the total ozone (TO) monitoring system in the CIS and Baltic countries, functioning in the operational regime at the Central Aerological Observatory (CAO). The monitoring system uses the data from the national network of filter ozonometers M-124 type under supervision of the Main Geophysical Observatory (MGO). The proper operation of the entire system is under an operational control from observations with the OMI satellite (US NASA) equipment. Basic TO observation data for each month of the fourth quarter of 2010, for the quarter and the year as a whole are generalized. Peculiarities of the Spring Antarctic Ozone Anomaly development in 2010 are described. Basic results of regular observations of the surface ozone and other minor atmospheric gas components in the Moscow region in 2010 are also under consideration.Basic results of observation of the total ozone (TO) for the first three quarters of 2010 were described earlier [1,3,4]. When compiling the TO maps, the observational data of the Kiev network station that were permanently overestimated throughout the year compared to the general TO field (built from the data of other stations as well as from the OMI satellite equipment) were substituted by the data of the UkrNIGMI station, about 30 km away from the Kiev station. The difference between annual mean TO values of these two stations amounted in 2010 to 32 DU. The observation data at network stations of Lvov, Odessa, Ashkhabad, Chardzhou, the Aral Sea, Nikolaevsk-on-Amur, Voronezh, Moscow, Feodosiya, Guryev, and Vladivostok were not used for the analysis of the ozone fields because of their poor quality. The norms for different months of the fourth quarter, multiyear mean TO values over the Russian Federation and adjacent territories for 1974-1984, were given in [2]. Quarterly mean TO values in the fourth quarter of 2010 over the entire territory under control were close to multiyear means for 1974-1984 (Fig. 1a). Stations of Tura, Bol'shaya Elan', and Petropavlovsk-Kamchatski were of exception; here, one observed anomalous deficiencies of the quarterly mean TO values: 13, 10, and 8% or 3.6, 4.2, and 2.7 SD, respectively. The least quarterly mean TO values of 258-280 DU were observed over the northern regions of Russia. The maximum TO values (340-363 DU) were observed over Eastern Siberia, Yakutia, the Okhotsk Sea coast, and Chukchi Peninsula. Over the rest of the territory under control the TO values were 280-340 DU.The Table contains the data on anomalous deviations of daily TO values from normal, which were recorded at the ozonometric network stations in the fourth quarter of 2010.In October 2010, monthly mean TO values over the territory under control were mainly close to multiyear means (Fig. 1b). The maximum monthly mean TO deficiency was recorded at the Murmansk station and amounted to 13% or 2.3 SD. The anomalous deficiency of the monthly mean TO value was recorded at the Bol'shaya Elan' station: 10% or 2.8 SD. The norm was maximally exceed...
