P‐12.8: TIPS‐pentacene doped PCBM direct high sensitivity X‐ray detector

Abstract

Organic semiconductor materials are widely used in X‐ray detection. It has advantages such as flexibility, low cost, and high sensitivity. In this paper, we present an X‐ray detector utilizing a heterojunction structure composed of TIPS‐pentacene and PCBM. This structure incorporates SEBS technology while increasing the charge carrier mobility, thus increasing the flexibility of the device and reducing the dark current. Finally, the device provides ideas for the development of low‐cost, high‐performance direct X‐ray detectors.
