P‐15.8: Fine Tuning the Green Device Capacitance by Adjusting the Energy Gap of the Functional Layer

Abstract

As the applied range and consumer demand increase, display quality performances of the products, such as smear phenomenon become more and more important. The correlation between smear and green device capacitance, so how to tune the green device capacitance to match that of the red and blue becomes key factor. In this paper, we achieve this by matching the energy gap of the functional layer, the goal of regulating green device capacitance is achieved, thereby improving the smear problem of mobile displays.
