Abstract: We fabricate organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) including nano-scale low refractive index periodic dot light scattering structure between transparent conducting oxide layer and organic layer. Low index oxide (LIO) is used for composing the structure, which is cost-effective and low-refractive index material.
