P‐34: Investigation of Cutting Schemes for Glass Coated with a SiNx‐SiOx Film Based on Hybrid OLED ^†

Abstract

To validate the large plate cutting schemes of Hybrid OLED, we conducted experiments, and evaluated the applicability and limitations of Wheel Cutting, Bessel Laser Cutting and Laser scribing from the break rate, bending strength and processing efficiency dimensions. The conclusions provide an important experimental foundation and technical scheme for the cutting scheme of Hybrid OLED and the glass coated with a multi‐layer.
