Abstract:A compact gate driver using p‐type low‐temperature polycrystalline silicon (LTPS) thin‐film transistors (TFTs) was proposed for Micro‐Light Emitting diodes (μLEDs) display using progressive emission analog pulse‐width modulation (A‐PWM) approach.
