P‐80: Enhancement of Ultra‐Narrow‐Border Displays

Abstract

In this paper, we conduct relevant tests on ultra‐narrow border display with light leakage and color shift under wide viewing angle in low gray scale at T0(T0 meas no aging test). When combining the tests results with the simulation results of the LC master, we have comprehensively analyzed the possible causes of light leakage and color shift in low gray scale at T0, and proposed solutions which can be used to enable high quality ultranarrow border displays.
