By means of the generalized centroid-shift method, the following half-lives were determined: Tlj2(3045 keV)= 3.7+0.3 ns in al3Sb using the reaction 1~ p2n) as well as Tt/2 (1322.8 keV)= 3.5 __ 0.3 ns, T1/2 (2779.8 keV)=0.50-t-0.15 ns, T1/z (2874.9 keV) < 0.2 ns and T1/2(3072.9keV)<0.1ns in al7Sb using the 115In(~, 2n) reaction. Three-quasiparticle configurations of the type lzds/2v(hli/2d3/2) in 113,117Sb are found to dominate in the wave functions of the 19/2-states at 3045 and 2780keV in l~aSb and il7Sb, respectively. The B(E2, 19/2--+ 15/2-) values in 113-i19Sb are discussed.Nuclear reactions: l~ p2n), E=63 MeV, 11Sin(or, 2n), E=26, 27 MeV; measured E 7,17, B(aL) in llaSb, llVSb. Ge detectors.
