Abstract: Background and Aims Lupus nephritis (LN) is a frequent manifestation of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE). The therapeutic strategy relies on the result of kidney biopsy, which differentiates proliferative LN (PLN) from non-proliferative LN (NPLN).
