Abstract: Background Disease relapse almost inevitably occurs in patients with adult-type diffuse glioma. Standard of care treatment options at tumor relapse are still not well defined. Frequently used drugs for adult-type diffuse glioma recurrence include lomustine (CCNU) and bevacizumab.
