P2.01-45 Clinico-Molecular Characteristics and Prognostic Outcomes of TP53 Mutated Patients with Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Abstract: Inflammation Index (SII) (p ¼ 0.036) as well as decreased levels of MCV (p ¼ 0.025) and total protein (p ¼ 0.049) were significantly associated with reduced overall survival (OS). Furthermore, the higher the Glasgow Prognostic Score (GPS) (p <0.001) or the Lung Prognostic Index (PI-lung) (p <0.001) were the worse was the OS.
