P3‐043: Potentiation of depolarization‐induced glutamate release in young FAD mutant hAPP mice

Abstract: control levels between 24 and 36 weeks. The hemosiderin staining was limited to vascular boundaries, most commonly within phagocytes. By 36 weeks of treatment, the gaps found in both the smooth muscle and collagen layers in affected vessels returned to control levels. Conclusions: Our data indicate that during VAB clearance by immunotherapy, microhemorrhage increases over baseline levels but is transient and resolves on a time-course that is consistent with normalization of vessel integrity.
