P9.26: Management of Post Liver Transplantation-Tacrolimus Induced Toxicity With Normal Serum Levels

Abstract: Introduction: Drug induced liver injury post liver transplantation occurs in 1.7% of the patients. Tacrolimus being an effective immunosuppressant is used to treat acute rejection. However, it rarely can cause toxicity which is demonstrated by cholestatic liver injury.
