Package Localization in a Warehouse Environment by Means of RFID

Abstract: This paper reviews how RFID-assisted geometry recognition can compete conventional methods for automated package handling. It demonstrates how RFID tags used for product identification can be implemented into automated handling processes to improve warehousing efficiency.
