Abstract: Pyroptosis is a newly identified form of cell death, morphologically characterized by excessive cell swelling. In the present study, paclitaxel (PTX) combined with platinum were used as first-line chemotherapy, against ovarian cancer cells by inducing multiple types of cell death.
