Paediatric acute respiratory distress syndrome: consider the role of lymphatics

Abstract: We present a case of a 7-day-old male infant with severe respiratory disease requiring venoarterial extracorporeal membrane oxygenation therapy with evidence of lymphangiectasia on lung biopsy.
