Abstract:Objective: To explore the possible role of paeonol on chondrocyte inflammation and cartilage protection in osteoarthritis (OA).Methods: Primary chondrocytes were isolated from rat stifle joints, and were identified through toluidine blue staining and immunofluorescence staining of type II collagen.
