Abstract:Paget's breast disease (PBD) is a rare disease with an unusual presentation, so early diagnosis is quite difficult. Only histopathology can give the definitive diagnosis, and the treatments depend upon the presence or absence of associated breast lump. Simple lumpectomy, mastectomy, or radical mastectomy depend upon the lump (cancer) in the diseased breast. Now, we present a case of PBD without any lump in the breast.
