Marina Wanner,
Nina Frischhut,

et al.

Abstract: A 58-year-old patient presented with multiple, reddishlivid, subcutaneous nodules on the lower abdomen, upper arm, and hip. The nodules were very painful, so that he could no longer work or sleep through the night despite pain medication. He also complained of reduced performance and fatigue. There were no other symptoms, including fever. A recent stay abroad and previous illnesses were denied.
